For men and women. The workout that really does everything! 
If you do one fitness  class a week this it the one! It incorporates everything you need in one hour! Toning, stretching, and aligning your body whilst working your cardio vascular system, burning fat. Leaving you lean and sculpted with elegance and confidence. And a sensation of feel good! 

This class will strengthen, tone and lengthen muscles as well as add grace and  excellent for a healthy posture!

Excellent for Tango dancers!

All welcome no previous ballet experience necessary.

You will need two chairs or a window sill to use as a barre for each side so you can keep you eye on the screen  -weights or water bottles or as a light weight option cans of beans!

-Socks or ballet shoes.
